DAY 3 – How To Fast Successfully

“Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but in the end, it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” – Habakkuk 2:2

We are in epic days of world history. Nations are coming to the brightness of His rising. The President of Brazil was at the stadium in Brasília for The Send Brazil. He proclaimed his faith in Jesus Christ and opened up his nation to the gospel. In Bolivia, a socialist president was removed by the praying church and a Christian president has taken his place and is throwing the doors wide open for Bolivia to be saved. Surely your hearts were burning from watching the videos yesterday.

For the next few days, we want to become practical so that you’re not just moving out of emotional excitement into this fast, but you can also get knowledge on how to fast successfully and end your fast successfully. Today, we include a video from a fasting, praying, natural health professional who is my friend and has studied the subject of fasting for years and has lived it. Today, be strengthened in practical ways to begin, sustain, and end a fast with wisdom so that we can fast safely with the greatest results.
